Prof Cloda Jenkins, Director, holds a PhD in Economics from University College London and has worked in the field of regulation since 1997. She is a Professor (Teaching) in the Economics Department at University College London. She has advised regulators and regulated companies across a range of countries and sectors. She headed the team reviewing how Ofgem regulates energy network companies (RPI-X@20). She can support clients in all aspects of regulatory policy and regulatory strategy including price control setting, incentive mechanism design, comparative efficiency, regulatory finance, environmental and social policy, innovation and regulation in liberalised markets.
Cloda’s expertise in the economics of regulation, combined with her experience working with regulators and regulated companies puts her in a unique position to support clients. She meets clients' needs by facilitating idea development and project planning sessions for small teams and providing quality assurance and peer review support for written and oral presentations.
